While online classes do not stop for holidays, Spring Break provides provide a welcome opportunity to rest from in-person classes. But for students with second-term Career Pathways, Spring Break also included homework. We asked four student how they feel about having homework on Spring Break. Here’s what they say.

The Deeper Young Adult Conference was nothing short of amazing. Young Adults gathered to lift up Jesus’ name and become students of his presence. I can proudly say we achieved that over this weekend. I hope these photos show how impactful this conference truly was on our Campus. Students and speakers from all over came for the same reason: to experience Jesus in a new way, worship in fellowship, and walk away with a new love of the father.
The Career Pathways courses in the general education curriculum have been a hot topic in both student and faculty circles. Are the courses effective? Do students find them helpful? What are the pros and cons? We thought we’d ask BU students to share their thoughts on Career Pathways classes.
Graduating seniors are all too familiar with one question: What are your plans after graduation? As Commencement Day, May 2, approaches, we thought we’d ask Bluefield University’s graduating seniors what comes next. For some, the future includes continuing their education, while others plan to step directly into the workforce.
Bluefield University administrators have decided to change the academic calendar beginning with the 2026-2027 academic year. The most significant change will be that the fall semester will end prior to Thanksgiving. We asked BU students what they thought about the changes. This is what they had to say.
