Students Talk about Great Concerts in this Week’s Question of the Week

Taylor Swift? Zac Brown? Drake? Alicia Keys? Morgan Wallen? If you could choose any artist or band to perform at Bluefield University, who would it be? We thought we’d ask BU students.

• Landon Wright , Business Administration

  I would like to see the Foo fighters. I grew up listening to them, but I never got the chance to see them live.

• Chase Hill , Exercise and Sports Science

  I think Morgan Wallen would put on a great show at Mitchell (Stadium). I can sing most of his songs word for word. Plus, we are from the same area, which makes it even better.

• Nathan Thompson, Exercise and Sports Science

  Post Malone. I have already seen him live once, and it was a really good show. He is very mainstream, and I know a lot of my teammates listen to him and haven’t seen him.

• Gabrielle Nielson, Exercise and Sports Science

  J. Cole because he’s the GOAT, and he raps about actual experiences people can relate to. He is very inspirational in ways outside of music also.

• Jenna Atwell, Exercise and Sports Science

  I went to a Drake concert in September, and I would love to see him again. His music all has different effects from being in your feelings with “Marvins’ Room” to have you jumping around with songs like “Headlines.”
