The Real Me

When I wake up and see nothing, He sees the sunrise in me.
When I have no happiness, he sees an untamed fire in me.
When I have hatred in my life, He sees nothing but love in my heart.
When I feel incomplete, He tells me I’m his work in progress.
I say I’m nothing to anyone, He says I’m a masterpiece and never worthless.
When I see a mask made from sorrow, He sees behind it.
He sees what makes me unique, he can see the real me.
