This semester, many of us are facing unique mental health challenges. Even if we are not in quarantine or complete isolation, we are more isolated than normal. In this time, maintaining our mental health is as important as ever, and is perhaps more difficult. One of the practices that I have found helpful over the years has been journaling.

Twenty-one Bluefield College students tested positive for the coronavirus during the week of September 14 prompting the college to move all of its classes online for an indefinite period of time.
These new COVID-19 protocols have students making adjustments on campus and in the classroom.
The full college experience involves not just the classroom and studies, but sports, residence life, and student activities. With that in mind, we thought we’d ask students: “What student activities would you like to see on campus?”
