Trombone Senior Recital Slated for November 20

Bluefield University students are invited to come support two senior music majors who will be performing their senior music recitals, Sunday, November 20 at 5 p.m.

Timothy Gasperson (pictured left) and Garret Leland (pictured right) will finish their music degree requirements by showcasing their instrumental talent on trombone. Their recital will also feature accompanist Alandra Blume on piano.

After graduating from BU, Gasperson plans to pursue a music teaching career at a local high school or middle school. Leland plans to continue his education and attend grad school after his time at BU.

The recital will take place in Harman Chapel. Admission is free and there will be a reception after the performance.
