Madden 21 is a football simulation video game that is developed by EA Tiburon and published by EA Sports. This game is all football and based on the National Football League with real players and teams. The game was released on August 28, 2020 for Playstation 4 and Xbox One and will be released in December for Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Madden 21 offers many different modes like Quick Play, Face of the Franchise, Franchise Mode, The Yard, and Madden Ultimate Team.

Gameplay:

The gameplay of Madden 21 feels more authentic than previous games — from the movement of the players to setting up your offense and defense exactly how you want them. There are strong animations, and there are more on-field circumstances in this year’s game. In Madden 21, you have total control over the passing game with different options. Along with all the great controls, you can see that the star players stand out from the rest of the players in this game.

Graphics

Just like with any video game in today’s era, the graphics stand out and there is not much improvement that can be done. With all of the technology today, Madden 21 looks as real as the player can imagine. Overall the graphics look like you are a part of NFL football.

Quick Game

Quick Game allows players to pick from any of the 32 NFL teams and compete against the computer processing unit (CPU), friends, or online players. Quick Game lets you put your true gaming skills to the test.

Face of the Franchise

Face of the Franchise is a mode that allows you to play through high school all the way up to becoming a starting college quarterback. In this mode, you fight through different adversities to try to make it to the NFL. Once you get drafted, the journey does not stop as you try to make it to the NFL Hall of Fame.

Franchise Mode

In Franchise Mode, you can decide to be a player, coach, or general manager (GM). For example, as a GM you go through the NFL season focusing on contracts and scheduling, or you can have the option to play an online franchise with friends. No matter which role you select, the ultimate goal is to win a Super Bowl.

The Yard

The Yard is a nice change of scenery and is a fun mode to play whenever you do not feel like playing the standard modes. Gameplay with The Yard is just like the regular Madden gameplay, but with a touch of an arcade feel. The Yard is backyard football where you can play against the CPU or with friends. This mode allows you to travel to different fields and create highlight plays.

Madden Ultimate Team

Madden Ultimate Team, also know as MUT, is a popular game mode in the Madden franchise. With this mode, you can build your dream NFL team from the ground up. You are allowed to pick from current NFL players or NFL legends. With this mode, you can compete against the CPU to better your team or compete against other players online to prove that your team is superior.
