Las Fallas

Every March, my city gets ready to welcome the spring through its most famous festivity, Las Fallas. Because I usually miss my hometown a little extra during these days, I made a newsletter for my InDesign class last year to promote such a special time for all the people in Valencia.

Las Fallas is an entire month of fireworks, amazing giant puppets, incredible bonfires, traditional music, minimal sleep, fiestas, and lots of incredible food.

If you love the smell of gunpowder like I do, you cannot miss Las Fallas — a loud, smoky, high-spirited fiesta where flickering flames dance in the streets and plazas of Valencia!
