Missed the big update? Be sure to catch up with the version 2.0 update notes.

This update brings a small new feature, but we hope it will become a beloved one. Whether you are a logged in user or just visiting, you can now like (or not like) posts and artwork as you see fit.

It is our goal to continue making The Rampage more interactive to BC students, faculty, and staff.

What’s New?

  • New Features
    • Liking Posts. You can now like (or not like) articles, artwork, opinions, and the rest.
    • The Mod-Bar. See that new bar or buttons in the header? We’re calling it a “Mod-Bar” because it is designed to be modular on various pages and under various conditions. You might have noticed the weather appears there on the home page but nowhere else.
    • Faculty/staff user registration. Bluefield College faculty and staff can now create accounts with The Rampage. In the future, this will enable additional options for submitting student work.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Artwork should no longer be invisible if a file is uploaded with spaces in the file name.
    • Design fixes.
    • Back-end improvements.
    • W3 validity improvements.
    • Various other bug-squashing. (Do rams eat bugs? 🤔)
